Additional Pupil Count (APC) is calcualted every year using data collected from school corporations through the DOE-SE (Special Education), DOE-ME (Membership), and DOE-HB (Homebound) reports. Descriptions of the reports can be found HERE. APC Funding is calcualted based on students' exceptionality areas categorized into three levels of funding; a fouth level exists for preschool students. Additional funding is provided for students receiving homebound services who meet the criteria for this funding during a one year timeframe (December 2 ‐ December 1).
