CACFP Award Program: Meeting the Wellness Plan Criteria

The following resources will help you create a meaningful wellness plan that meets the requirements for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) award program. For help getting started, please view this Quick Start Guide. Please review Putting Your Plan in Place for implementation guidance.
The table below outlines the wellness plan criteria for bronze, silver and gold programs and links to sample policies for each award level.
