  • May 16, 2013, Indianapolis:  “School Safety; Planning and Collaboration to Keep Our Students Safe”.  Presented by the Indiana Department of Education and Indiana State Police, this session is available to all educators, law enforcement, and their school safety partners.  The morning session will emphasize the importance of periodic safety audits and appropriate best practices, while the afternoon session will focus on law enforcement response to bomb threats and active shooters and the implications for school safety plans.  Registration and additional information are available here.
