Student Safety Reporting
Indiana's Student Safety Reporting law (IC 20-34-6-1) requires school corporations to report student arrest data for each school to the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) by July 1 of each year.
The Student Safety Reporting Form is a template that schools and school corporations can use to submit the student arrest data to the IDOE. The Student Safety Reporting Form Sample can be used if you have questions as to what data the IDOE need to collect or if you have any questions about the form. Schools and school corporations may also choose to use their own forms to submit the data. All forms should be submitted to IDOE at firstname.lastname@example.org.
