Integrated into school day with the use of morning meetings, focused attention practices at least 2x a day, brain intervals throughout the day, access to amygdala reset stations (some classrooms, at least one per building- this varies by bldg), neuroscience lessons from SEL coordinator, and support from building level Core Team and SEL Coordinator - in-services and professional development in trauma informed care.
Middle School
